S1E6: Double Standards, Bat & Bobblehead Brujeria, and Player Side Gigs

May 21, 2019
In this episode, we oooh’d and aww’d over Corey Seager’s adorable family photo, said goodbye to Travis D’arnaud, talked about intentional walks and some of our double standards when it comes to fining players, got confused by Joe Kelly’s bobblehead, and poked a little fun at Cody Bellinger’s new side gig.

We didn’t stop there, as we wondered if there’s some bat brujeria going on in the Dodgers dugout, praised Puerto Rico’s National Treasure, and gave mad love to Kenley Jansen’s charity. It’s not all Dodgers in this episode though: We also laughed at the San Diego Padres’ maje social media goof-up, hated on the Nationals’ uniforms, and discussed an awesome new initiative by Jeter and the Marlins. And of course, we included both our plays and our baes of the week.

Here are links to all the photos, tweets, articles, and visuals we referenced, so you can keep up and laugh (or roll your eyes) along with and/or at us.
